Output Description

Each country’s IVET and CVET system differs from each other. Therefore, each partner

country needs different policy regulations to implement credit transfer systems.

As mentioned in the description part of the Project; 38 countries have been divided into 4

clusters in terms of enabling the transfer of learning outputs achieved by means of

non-formal and VET education (Monitoring ECVET implementation strategies in Europe

in 2013, CEDEFOP, 2014).

Since each partner of VETExpress (Germany, Italy, Turkey and Spain) is from a different

ECVET cluster of countries, the policy papers can also be a guide to other countries in

different clusters.

Methodology

Each partner will be responsible for the policy paper of its own country. In case of Turkey,

MoNE Directorate General for VET will be the participant in charge.

During the preparation of "Needs and Situation Analyses (O1)", the participants will also

be identifying and clarifying the problems about county policies. And after the

"Situation Analysis Conference (E.1)", each participant will define some solutions to the

country problems about credit transfer.

During the creation of "Student, Teacher, Parent, School Guide (O2)" and implementation

of mobilities (C3, C4) the countries will be testing the outputs and determining the

policy change necessities.

After the mobilities has finished, the policy papers will be written, presented in the final

conference (E2), put to project online platform (O3) and be shared with national policy

makers.
